About the role

IT&D Senior Analyst – Industrial Automation’ sits within IT&D Global Manufacturing Product Group.

Role is responsible for driving key Global initiatives in the Industrial Automation Space with focus on OT Tooling like Backup & Restore, OT Asset Management etc.

Role is responsible for organization change management in Product Centric IT Operating Model, owning the product roadmap to unlock value in Manufacturing IT systems and standardize the OT Tooling landscape for ~40 factories.

Your responsibilities

Demonstrate and deliver Product Ownership to unlock value in Manufacturing IT systems with focus on OT Tooling like Backup & Restore, OT Assets etc.

Role is delivery focused and expectation would be ensuring deployment of the agreed standard solutions at factories based on the roadmap created

End to end ownership of the owned products from roadmap, deployment to adoption and support.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to analyse the needs, define, and align product roadmap and help it to reach its strategic goal.

Manage a team / work closely with internal/ external resources to deploy OT Tooling across Factories

Act as the primary contact for queries related to the owned products - Setting up and owning Support Structure

Accountable for IT Portfolio Management to improve IT Footprint, budgets- CAPEX/OPEX and IT Run cost.

Manufacturing Application Landscape Standardization

Accountable for Proof of Value, develop business cases, and prioritize to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.

Non-Functional Skills

Positive Attitude with High Initiative/ Ownership and Global Mindset

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside cross-functional teams.

A history of building robust stakeholder relationships and effectively managing expectations

Able to deal with ambiguity and cope with change.

The experience we're looking for

Industry/ Functional Experience

6-14 years of experience in Manufacturing IT Platforms

Strong Domain expertise in IT Applications/Platforms like OT Assets, IOT and Manufacturing Digital Technologies.

Fundamental understanding of Manufacturing Processes and IT-OT Architecture and Interfaces involved.

Preferred hands-on on OT Backup/ OT Asset Management

MBA from Tier1/2 Colleges is desirable but not mandatory.
