Sr. Full Stack Developer

About the Role

The Full Stack Software Engineer will play a key role in transitioning our current systems to a modern cloud-native environment leveraging micro services, and micro front ends. This role requires strong front-end and back-end development skills, leveraging modern frameworks and design patterns to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Working within an agile SCRUM environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes that meet business objectives. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

 Design, develop, document, and maintain software systems to transition to a cloud-native microservices platform.

 Build responsive, modular front-end applications using Angular and React, applying Micro Frontend principles.

 Develop robust back-end services using Node.js, NestJS, and Python in a Kubernetes environment to support various other systems and 3rd party integrations.

 Collaborate with product management and QA teams in an agile SCRUM environment.

 Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across distributed systems in Kubernetes and other hosted environments.

 Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare security standards.

 Contribute to a high-performing development team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

 Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.

 Experience with Angular or React (both preferred).

 Familiarity with NestJS for scalable back-end development.

 Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized workflows.

 Expertise in microservices architecture and Micro Frontend implementations.

 Strong understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles.

 Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, API development, and distributed systems.

 Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS or similar).

 Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

 Experience in healthcare or regulated environments (HIPAA, FDA).

 Familiarity with Docker, Kafka, and performance/load testing.

 Background in security and privacy best practices.

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
