Are you passionate about data, technology, and digital transformation? Join Mercedes-Benz Singapore as a Service Operations Analytics & Reporting Intern and play a key role in transforming operational data into meaningful insights that drive business excellence.

This five-month internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data analytics, visualization, automation, and digital innovation. You will gain hands-on experience in designing dashboards, analysing business data, and supporting digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and customer engagement.

What You Will Do

Data Analytics & Visualization

Understand the existing landscape of internal IT support and service operations.

Identify, map, and document data points across multiple business systems and platforms.

Analyse operational data using tools such as Excel, Python, and R.

Evaluate and leverage data visualization solutions such as Power BI, JavaScript-based frameworks, and Python visualization libraries.

Design and develop interactive dashboards that provide meaningful business insights and performance visibility.

Enhance user experience through filters, drill-down capabilities, and other interactive features.

Connect and consolidate data from enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, SAP, and other business applications.

Explore automation opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting processes.

Develop user guides and supporting documentation to drive user adoption and self-service reporting.

Digital Transformation & Project Support

Contribute to IT and service operations digital transformation initiatives.

Research, evaluate, and recommend tools and applications that can improve efficiency and support organizational transformation.

Support project managers with project coordination, administration, and reporting activities.

Prepare presentations, project updates, status reports, and business recommendations for stakeholders.

Gather stakeholder feedback and continuously improve reporting and visualization solutions.

Collaborate with geographically distributed teams on operational and project-related activities.

Qualifikationen

Who We Are Looking For

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, Power BI, or other analytics and visualization tools.

Strong interest in data analytics, business intelligence, and digital transformation.

Willingness to learn and work with enterprise applications such as ServiceNow, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Independent, proactive, and self-motivated learner.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work within deadlines.

Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
