Do Work That Matters - Il tuo ruolo e le tue responsabilità
In particolare, entrando a far parte del Tax Department di Verona, contribuirai a supportare i clienti nell'affrontare le sfide legate alle principali aree della fiscalità. Opererai in uno scenario in continua evoluzione, dove normative nazionali e internazionali si intrecciano con le aspettative del mercato e dell’opinione pubblica su temi cruciali come l’etica, la trasparenza e la corporate governance.
Stiamo cercando un consulente da inserire nel nostro Tax Team che si occuperà di:
Analizzare problematiche relative alla fiscalità diretta e indiretta nazionale e fornire consulenza continuativa alle aziende;
Redigere pareri in materia fiscale italiana e internazionale (CFC, black list, stabili organizzazioni, ritenute, ecc.);
Analizzare la fiscalità delle operazioni straordinarie (fusioni, scissioni, conferimenti, ecc.);
Effettuare attività di tax due diligence;
Gestire attività di tax compliance.

Questa è l’opportunità perfetta per te se hai:
Laurea magistrale in discipline economiche o giuridiche;
Intenzione di intraprendere la pratica professionale come dottore commercialista e/o avvocato;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
Spiccate capacità organizzative, spirito d’iniziativa e problem solving;
Approccio flessibile e dinamico.
Costituirà titolo preferenziale:
Laurea magistrale in Diritto Tributario.

We are recruiting a consultant to join our Tax Team team in Verona, who will be tasked with:
Analysing issues concerning domestic direct and indirect taxation and offering ongoing advice to companies;
Expressing opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.);
Analysing the taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.);
Tax due diligence;
Tax compliance.
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
Master's degree in business or law;
Intention of going into professional practice as a chartered accountant and/or lawyer;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
Strong organisational skills, an ability to take initiative and problem solving abilities;
Flexible and dynamic approach.
Candidates with the following will have an advantage:
Master's degree in Tax Law.
