About the role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our People team on an 18-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you'll partner with leaders across the business to deliver end-to-end recruitment, provide strategic talent advice and attract high-quality candidates across a diverse portfolio of roles. You'll also help strengthen our employer brand, enhance recruitment processes and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Partner with leaders to deliver strategic recruitment advice and workforce solutions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment across a varied portfolio of roles.
Develop attraction strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, referrals and proactive sourcing.
Conduct behavioural interviews, candidate assessments and phone screens.
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Coach hiring managers on best-practice recruitment and selection.
Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Talent Acquisition.
About You
You'll be a Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, building relationships and finding great talent.
You'll also bring:
Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders to deliver strategic, end-to-end recruitment solutions across multiple business areas.
Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Proven success sourcing and engaging passive talent while building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Excellent behavioural interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
The ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and a range of sourcing tools.
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and best-practice recruitment methodologies.
Exceptional communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
