We're opening the doors to our brand-new St Ives store and are looking for enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistants who love styling, connecting with people, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

Working alongside your Store Manager and a passionate new team, you'll help create an inspiring shopping experience while contributing to the success of our newest store.

You'll be responsible for:

Delivering exceptional customer experiences through the ZJOOSH Steps of Service.

Styling customers and confidently recommending products across fashion, accessories, homewares, and gifting.

Achieving sales targets while supporting key KPIs including Conversion, ATV, UPT.

Building genuine relationships that turn first-time visitors into loyal customers.

Maintaining beautiful visual merchandising and premium store presentation.

Processing sales, stock deliveries, replenishment, and day-to-day store operations accurately.

Working collaboratively with your team and Head Office to create a positive, energetic, and high-performing store culture.

About You

You're passionate about people, love beautiful products, and enjoy working in a team that celebrates success together.

You'll bring:

Previous retail or customer service experience.

A passion for fashion, homewares, styling, and gifting.

- Confidence working towards sales goals and KPIs- Strong communication and organisational skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accountability.

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Availability to work weekends and flexible trading hours.
