Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with pronounced planning, scheduling and estimating skills. Based in Kewdale, this full-time position will play a key role within our Project Delivery team in the coordination of all technical and project-related activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Liaising with internal/external stakeholders on deliverables as required.

Aiming to ensure the team reach their productivity goals and quality standards.

Coordinate, attend and when required chair project kick off or progress review meetings.

Managing customer expectations ongoing.

Maintain control of job costing throughout and provide feedback to management.

Establish and maintain positive client relations to ensure customer satisfaction and continued forward forecast of repeat work.

What We're Looking For:

On a day-to-day basis, you will be dealing with keys stakeholders and must have the capacity to demonstrate tolerance, patience and understand the importance of accuracy.

Qualifications in Business Administration or relevant (desirable).

Ability to interpret contract documentation.

Proficient using Microsoft Office applications.

ERP and MRP systems for purchasing, expediting and production, cost control and reporting.

High level of administrative and organisational skills.
