Keysight is seeking an RF/Digital Solution Engineer to provide technical expertise in RF, microwave, millimeter‑wave, and high‑speed digital test and measurement. The role focuses on understanding customer technical requirements, defining measurement strategies, configuring advanced instrumentation, and supporting deployment of Keysight solutions.

This position is based out of our office in Lyon - main coverage of the Grenoble area, South-East of France.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with sales, industry experts, and R&D to architect solutions for complex RF/digital challenges.

Lead customer engagements from a technical engineering standpoint.

Define and execute measurement setups, demos, and technical proposals.

Support delivery: instrument configuration, automation workflows, verification tests, and user training.

Conduct technical sessions (workshops, seminars, measurements) and occasionally produce concise technical documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering required; Master’s preferred (RF/MW/mmW focus).

5–8 years experience in test & measurement or RF/digital system validation.

Strong hands‑on experience with VNA, signal/spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and AWGs.

Solid understanding of RF systems, impairments, calibration methods, and high‑speed digital test techniques.

Practical knowledge of Python, MATLAB, C#, or C/C++ for automation and data processing.

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineering audiences.

Proficiency in English and French.
