About the role
Cura Homecare Ltd is a growing property maintenance company providing multi-trade maintenance services to housing associations, house builders, and property management companies across the South. We are looking for an organised and proactive Credit Controller to join our team in our Fareham office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and experience in accounts or credit control who enjoys building relationships and keeping finances running smoothly.
The Role
As Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and supporting the finance team with day-to-day account administration.
Key responsibilities include:
Chasing outstanding invoices by phone and email
Building and maintaining positive client relationships
Allocating incoming payments
Reconciling customer accounts
Investigating and resolving invoice queries
Producing aged debtor reports
Supporting month-end finance processes
Working closely with operations and administration teams to resolve account issues
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or finance administration
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional and customer-focused approach
Experience using accounting software such as Quickbooks is desirable
