A Senior CRM Developer is required for a squad of MS Dynamics developers and testers who will primarily work on continuous improvements to existing MS Dynamics CRM systems coupled with Veripark products.

Key objectives of the team are:

Identify design and implementation issues in the existing systems and propose and implement corrective actions

Provide implementation for incidents and problems and reduce the number of support tickets raised

Propose architectural and design changes, implement them and guide other squads on their usage to ensure consistency of future implementations

Improve performance and reliability of CRM systems

Define a software implementation and source code control process to ensure the sanctity of pre-production tests and production deployments

Experience with VeriPark solutions/implementations (VT, VL, VC, VTBL) is desired to have.

Perform code review for Developers and enhance code quality.

The role will suit an individual from a CRM implementation background who has been a part of multiple MS Dynamics CRM deliveries and is familiar with the challenges of large-scale CRM systems.

They will be an expert in Azure and on-premises installations of MS Dynamics 365 from both a design and implementation perspective.

Proactivity, good communication, good status reporting and ability to prioritize and manage time effectively are all required attributes for the job.Additional details

Job Title: Senior MS Dynamics CRM Developer

Work Location: Should be working from supplier office- a MUST requirement.

Shift Details: UAE standard time

Experience Range (Min–Max): 8-10+ years of total IT experience out of which minimum 6-7 years on MS Dynamics CRM development experience, minimum 3 years with either of the VariPark products mentioned below.

Top Three Mandatory Skills: Must have either of these hands on experience- VeriChanel, VeriTouch and VeriLink (do not submit profiles if they do not have experience), MS Dynamics CRM Cloud (not on prem), Strong hands on CRM development experience, Experience working in Agile delivery environment, Understanding of Azure/AWS not required - cloud reference is specific to Dynamics CRM Cloud version. Must have at least 3 cloud implementations experience.
