Responsibilities
Functional Support:
Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Analyze and design for new enhancements and/or existing functionalities.
Data mining and testing to ensure new enhancements and/or existing functionalities to meet business needs.
Work with project leads, users and developers to improve processes and functionality.
Technical Support:
Assist with Java application development and troubleshooting after post-implementation.
Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.
Support client project leads and users with technical issues and work on improving system performance.
Problem Solving:
Identify and fix technical issues related to Java/Cobol applications and SQL databases after post-implementation
Help analyze operational problems and suggest improvements.
Teamwork:
Work closely with both technical teams and business project leads/users to ensure smooth communication.
Contribute to system improvements and process automation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
1 years of experience working with Java and SQL.
1 year in BAU
1 years of experience in Implementation (SDLC) and Change Request Related.
1 years of experience in Operation/BAU Support.
Experience in technical support or a similar role is a plus.
