About the role
Senior .NET Developer - Stockholm
Stockholm · Permanent · Hybrid (3 days in office) · Swedish & English
The company
I'm working with a major, well-established consultancy with a substantial Stockholm development practice (85+ Java and .NET developers), delivering business-critical systems for clients in socially important sectors - telecom, energy and the public sector among them. The work genuinely matters: these are systems that underpin essential services and make a real difference in society. Most work is team-based delivery alongside experienced colleagues, with a strong team spirit and a culture where knowledge sharing and collaboration are central - something they see as the key to both personal and collective success.
The role
As a .NET developer, you'll be an important part of customers' digital transformation, working closely with both clients and colleagues to build innovative, business-critical solutions. Projects span several industries - including telecom and the public sector - with a strong emphasis on agile team delivery.
You'll work with modern technology alongside experienced developers, helping shape solutions that make a genuine difference. It suits someone who enjoys the consulting side - collaborating across teams and with customers - and likes sharing knowledge as much as writing good code.
Technical environment
.NET and C#, with JavaScript, Azure and microservices across the work.
What we're looking for
At least 5 years of .NET development experience
Experience with JavaScript, Azure or microservices
Genuine enjoyment of consulting and sharing knowledge with colleagues
Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written (essential)
A plus if you have deeper experience with JavaScript, Azure or microservices.
Why join
Build business-critical systems in socially important sectors
A strong team-spirit culture with knowledge sharing and collaboration at its core
Work with modern technology alongside a large team of experienced developers
A strong package - collective agreement, ITP pension, wellness allowance, six weeks' holiday, office equipment, and a flexible hybrid setup (3 days in a central Stockholm office)
Application deadline is 17/07/2026, but applications will be processed on an ongoing basis so please apply ASAP if you are interested.
