A Clinical Operations Manager is a mid-level healthcare professional responsible for overseeing the daily operations of clinical departments to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. They coordinate clinical staff, manage resources, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of clinical departments and healthcare services.

Manage clinical staff scheduling, performance, and professional development.

Monitor patient care quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinical governance, and safety standards.

Develop and manage departmental budgets, resources, and operational plans.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative teams to improve service delivery.

Analyze operational and clinical performance data and prepare management reports.

Coordinate the implementation of new healthcare programs, policies, and technologies.

Investigate and resolve operational issues, patient concerns, and clinical incidents.

Support accreditation processes and ensure adherence to organizational quality standards.

Pay: From £6,500.00 per month
