We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Delivery Management

In this role, you will:

Lead and oversee multiple strategic payment programs across regional markets, ensuring alignment with business, regulatory, and technology objectives.

Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale payment transformation initiatives, including real-time payments modernization and payment infrastructure enhancements.

Oversee multiple partner applications and dependent delivery streams across business, operations, technology, and vendor teams. Provide leadership and direction to a team of project managers, ensuring consistent execution standards, governance, risk management, and delivery discipline.

Establish and maintain strong program governance frameworks, including steering committees, executive reporting, financial oversight, RAID management, and delivery controls.

Drive implementation planning, execution management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution across complex multi-country programs.Manage senior stakeholder relationships across business, operations, technology, compliance, architecture, and regional leadership teams.

Ensure alignment with regulatory and market infrastructure requirements across payment ecosystems.Monitor program financials and manage large transformation budgets exceeding USD 20 million.

Mentor and develop project management teams, fostering a high-performance and accountability-driven delivery culture.

To be successful, you will:

Strong strategic and execution mindset with High level of ownership and accountability. 15+ years of experience within banking and financial services with deep expertise in payments.

Proven experience leading large-scale strategic programs (budgets exceeding US$20m) within payments and transaction banking environments with demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional programs in matrix environments.

Strong grasp of Programme governance fundamentals and project financial management (budgeting, forecasting, benefits, and controls).Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership across regional and global organizations. Excellent communication, governance, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.

Strong delivery discipline: structured planning, risk management, dependency management, and execution focus.

Strong understanding of payments functional architecture and how it applies within a large banking environment.Strong Domain knowledge of: High-value payment systems, Domestic payments and clearing infrastructure, Payment operations and channels, ISO 20022 standards & Banking regulatory and operational frameworks.

Strong understanding of MT and MX message formats and their practical implications for delivery, testing, and migration. Experience delivering regional payment modernization or core payment transformation programs. Familiarity with SWIFT messaging, high-value payment systems, and domestic clearing frameworks.

PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent program management certifications preferred & experience working across Asia-Pacific or multi-country banking environments is advantageous.
