Position Overview

Mansa Nicome State Farm is looking for a driven Business Development Representative in Neptune City, NJ who enjoys talking with people, following a process, and creating new business. This role includes a base pay structure plus eligible commission or bonus, with clear expectations around outbound activity and follow-up. Bilingual fluency (English plus a second language) is required for this role.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and follow-ups to prospects and referral sources to build a pipeline of new business

Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process

Serve bilingual customers clearly and accurately in both languages

Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the agency system

Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals

Participate in product training and licensing coursework

Qualifications

No prior experience required - we will train you

Bilingual - fluent in English and a second language (required)

Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication

Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up

Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses

Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
