About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual professional to manage insurance claims submissions and related administrative functions for our Puerto Rico and Florida-based organization.
Responsibilities
Submit and track insurance claims from start to resolution.
Ensure all claims and records comply with HIPAA regulations.
Monitor and meet claim submission deadlines.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Perform accurate data entry into claims/billing systems Download, label, and save documents to the shared network drive following naming conventions.
Assist with basic bookkeeping reconciliation (matching payments/claims to bank or ledger records)
Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience submitting insurance claims
Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements.
Fully bilingual (English/Spanish), written and verbal Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Comfortable with data entry and standard office software (Excel/Google Sheets).
Basic understanding of reconciliation processes (matching transactions/records)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Familiarity with Puerto Rico and/or Florida insurance/Medicaid systems a plus Location Puerto Rico and Florida operations.
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
