ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE |Full Set Accounts

Location: One-North

Contract: 1 year

Working hours:

Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 6pm

Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary: $3500 - $4000

Responsibilities:

Perform month-end and year-end closing of full set of accounts for assigned entities.

Handle timely posting and review of grant utilisation or project-based entries. Ensure income recognition is aligned with expenses incurred.

Review month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation and follow-up of monthly accounting schedules.

Perform intercompany confirmation and intracompany reconciliation and follow up with relevant parties for timely closure.

Support audit fieldwork by responding promptly to audit queries and providing required documentation.

Assist in consolidation of accounts to support preparation of mid-year and year-end financial statements.

Support ad hoc finance and accounting tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.

1–2 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role preferred.

Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems will be an advantage.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
