About the role
Our esteemed client in the Real Estate/ Property industry is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team:
Employment Type: Permanent
Position: Senior Accounts Executive
Location: Central
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary Package: Basic + AWS + PB
Job Responsibilities:
Manage month-end financial closing in accordance with the Group's reporting timeline.
Prepare monthly financial reports that are accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting standards.
Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR), including asset additions, disposals, and depreciation.
Perform intercompany reconciliations and process POB recharge transactions.
Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities on audit, tax, GST, and statutory matters.
Assist with cash flow reporting, bank reconciliations, and the annual budgeting process.
Process invoices, claims, and payments accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies and proper documentation.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support finance operations and undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience. Candidates with experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems is required. Experience with Yardi will be an added advantage.
Able to commence work immediately or within a short notice period.
