Assistant Project Manager/ Project Manager (Building Projects)

Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking an Assistant Project Manager/ Project Manager to join their dynamic team:

Employment Type: Permanent

Position: Assistant Project Manager/ Project Manager

Location: Central (Based on the project's location)

Working Hours: 5.5 days, Office Hours

Salary Package: Up to $12,000 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

To support the planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to meet timeline, cost, and quality objectives

Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed

Verify construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and identify any potential errors, defects, or variations

Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, architects, and relevant authorities, providing guidance and technical support to the project team

Support personnel management, including coaching and monitoring team productivity

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and performance

Organize and lead regular coordination meetings, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation

Job Requirements:

At least Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 7 years of construction experience, ideally with a main contractor

Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking

Familiarity with construction quality, cost, and safety standards

Comfortable working across multiple sites if required.

Proficient in MS Office & Project Management software.
