About Position

We are seeking a talented Java + Kafka Developer with 4–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend applications and event-driven systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java development, Apache Kafka, microservices architecture, and distributed systems, with a passion for building scalable, reliable, and real-time data processing solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of modern, cloud-ready platforms.

What You'll Do

Develop backend services and microservices using Java & Spring Boot.

Design and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.

Build and maintain REST APIs for internal and external integrations.

Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Implement message streaming, consumer groups, and fault-tolerant processing.

Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and architecture teams for smooth delivery.

Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability.

Expertise You'll Bring

4-6 years of strong Java development experience.

Hands‑on expertise with Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets.

Experience building microservices using Spring Boot.

Good understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous processing.

Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem‑solving skills.
