Duties

Conduct outside sales activities to identify and engage potential clients in designated territories through cold calling, networking events, and community outreach

Manage existing accounts by providing tailored fitness solutions, upselling memberships, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Develop new business opportunities by prospecting leads via CRM software and lead generation strategies

Present product demos and fitness programs to prospective clients in person, highlighting benefits aligned with their goals

Negotiate membership packages and contract terms to close sales efficiently while maintaining customer relationships

Collaborate with management to develop marketing campaigns that attract new members and increase brand awareness

Utilize sales management systems proficiency to track sales activities, forecast performance, and analyze market trends for continuous improvement

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within a fitness or health-related industry

Strong management skills with the ability to oversee accounts and develop strategic growth plans

Expertise in business development, lead generation, and direct sales techniques in a remote or hybrid environment

Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for customer relationship management (CRM) systems support

Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build rapport and close deals effectively

Ability to conduct product demos and presentations that resonate with diverse audiences

Skilled in prospecting through cold calling, retail sales experience, and analysis of market data for targeted outreach

Familiarity with marketing strategies that enhance outreach efforts and drive sales growth

Demonstrated success in upselling memberships or services within a competitive environment

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and territories efficiently
