The Role:

As the Assistant Membership Sales Manager, you'll be a key player in our sales force, leading by example to achieve and surpass personal and team sales goals. Your ability to inspire and guide your team will directly impact your commission potential and contribute to the overall success of our fitness community.

What You'll Do:

· Develop and execute strategic membership sales plans with a focus on exceeding personal and team goals

· Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass targets

· Provide exceptional customer service to cultivate positive member relationships

· Collaborate with Sales Manager to implement effective external marketing strategies

· Conduct sales training sessions, focusing on strategies to drive individual and team commissions

Requirements:

· Proven sales experience, especially in a commission-driven environment

· Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
