Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards.

Collaborate with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure successful product launches and availability.

Identify range extension opportunities based on car parc coverage, availability, and market potential.

Explore new business opportunities and contribute to business cases using market and performance data.

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar.

5–10 years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, Business Development or Commercial roles.

Experience in the automotive or tyres industry (OEM or Independent Aftermarket) is a strong plus.

Strong analytical and business mindset, comfortable working with data.

Good understanding of pricing logic, cost structures, and margin management.

Solid Excel skills (Power BI or similar tools are a plus).

Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.

Commercially driven and results oriented.

Structured, proactive, and able to manage complexity.

Comfortable working in multicultural and cross functional environments.

Curious, open minded, and collaborative.
