The Senior Paralegal, Contracts and Regulatory will provide paralegal support, focusing on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various contracts in support of PepsiCo’s foods and beverages supply chain business teams. This role will report to an attorney in the PepsiCo North America Supply Chain legal team.
Location: Plano, Texas or Purchase, New York (Hybrid work/home)
Responsibilities:
Engage in contract review, drafting, negotiation, and counseling
Daily engagement and collaboration with internal business teams, including responding to inquiries regarding contracts and/or commercial disputes
Assist with regulatory compliance, including environmental, health, safety and transportation regulations
Engage and lead our company’s various digital tools (e.g., contract management systems and document management system)
Develop organizational processes and templates
Support the North America Supply Chain legal team with other projects, as assigned
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant (in-house or at a law firm) working in the area of contract drafting/review and contract management
Direct engagement with business clients or experience in direct contract negotiations, a plus
Experience with regulatory compliance and research, a plus
Tech tools savvy and passion about finding efficiencies and developing process, a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive
Superior oral, writing and proofreading skills
Strong teamwork mentality
Ability to communicate effectively, including directly with business teams
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines, including ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Strong ability to work with minimum supervision and closely with business teams
Superior organizational, prioritization and interpersonal skills
Prior experience working with those in the manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, warehouse, fleet, environmental, safety or transportation industry (or a strong interest in one of these areas), a plus!
Compensation
This Legal role pays $73k-$123k/yr. Within typical range for legal roles in United States.
