Job Descriptions
Take proactive steps to reconcile forecasts, backlog and shipments in order to meet customer demand and target Sales revenue.
Process orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
Track/Communicate material production progress and priorities to relevant stakeholders to ensure supply targets, proactively try all possibilities to close supply gaps.
Participate in account business reviews with both internal and external stakeholders, understand business and has contributions from Customer Account Specialist perspective during the review.
Work independently but closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
Pricing management, assist Sales on account annual price negotiation.
Data analysis provider that empower for sales team with valuable insights to help sales growth revenue.
Regular customer visit to build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships.
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, issues and quality related matters.
Requirements:
Good Excel and PowerPoint skill
Fluent in English
Experience with supply chain will be preferred
At least 5 years’ experience with IC industry will be preferred
Familiar with Power BI will be preferred
