Role Overview
The Manager, Campaign Strategy & Management manages the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across the full product and/or services lifecycle. Operating within established strategies, frameworks, and governance models, the role applies defined campaign playbooks, coordinates cross‑functional execution, and ensures initiatives are delivered with consistency, quality, and alignment to approved objectives across channels and lifecycle stages. Working in close partnership with the Senior Manager, this position operationalizes campaign strategies, maintains disciplined execution, and provides ongoing visibility into progress, performance, risks, and opportunities across assigned initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
Translate approved campaign strategies, frameworks, and playbooks into detailed execution plans across assigned initiatives
Manage and coordinate campaign activities across internal teams and external partners to ensure aligned, on‑time delivery
Apply documented campaign processes and standards, supporting consistency and adherence across teams
Maintain visibility into campaign spend against approved plans, assessing execution‑level performance and surfacing risks, optimizations, or variances to support investment and optimization decisions
Integrated Communications Execution
Oversee multi‑channel campaign execution to ensure delivery aligns with approved messaging frameworks and channel plans
Monitor in‑market execution against approved plans and timelines, identifying execution or spend variances and escalating risks to team leadership or appropriate owners as needed
Product & Audience Alignment
Lead the execution of campaign plans that translate approved product roadmaps, launches, and lifecycle priorities into defined audiences, use cases, and lifecycle stages
Ensure execution reflects approved messaging, positioning, and experience intent
Performance & Optimization Support
Track campaign performance against defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and summarizes results, trends, and execution‑level observations
Document execution learnings, identify improvement opportunities, and translate insights into actionable inputs that inform future campaign planning and execution within established frameworks
Analyze and prepare execution‑level insights and updates to support regularly scheduled performance reviews and stakeholder communications
Stakeholder & Delivery Coordination
Serve as a primary point of coordination for assigned campaigns, ensuring clarity on timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies
Develop status updates and performance summaries to support stakeholder communications led by the Senior Manager
Experience & Qualifications
Education Level
Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Experience Level
7 + years experience of a combination of experience spanning the following: Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels within established strategies; Experience tracking campaign performance and supporting optimization through insight synthesis and trend identification; Experience working cross‑functionally to execute against shared objectives
Licenses/certifications
Relevant marketing, project management, or analytics certifications a plus (e.g., AMA, Pragmatic, PMP) Preferred
Software/Technical Skills
Proficiency with standard productivity and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office 365 — Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams; SharePoint or equivalent platforms)
Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and associated toolsets, including search, social, email, web, and paid media platforms, for evaluating cross‑channel performance and creative effectiveness
Knowledge of project and workflow management tools to monitor campaign timelines, intake, dependencies, and resource allocation (e.g., Workfront or similar systems)
Familiarity with analytics and reporting dashboards (Google Analytics, channel performance dashboards, reporting tools, or equivalent) to interpret campaign results and inform optimization
Understanding of CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, etc.) to interpret customer lifecycle data and inform campaign strategy Preferred
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to interpret insights and guide decision‑making. Preferred

Ability to coordinate multi‑channel campaigns across matrix teams and external partners
Demonstrated ability to execute within defined strategic frameworks and governance models
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Ability to collaborate and coordinate agencies or external partners to support delivery within defined direction and performance expectations
Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skill
Ability to translate campaign direction into executable plans
Ability to drive an overall project management process and to effectively manage deadlines and budgets
Additional Details For This Role
This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by your manager.
Base Salary
The targeted base salary range for this position is $ 110,000 - $ 130,000 per year.
Base salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the successful candidate, as well as factors such as internal equity, cost of labor in the hiring location, and alignment with market data.
Additional Compensation
This position is eligible for a 15 % bonus at 100% of target, with the opportunity to achieve above 100% dependent on company performance and in alignment with company bonus plans.
Bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon individual performance as well as Brother achieving its corporate objectives, in accordance with the applicable bonus plan in effect.

About Where We Work
Brother’s corporate headquarters for the Americas is in Bridgewater, NJ, across from the Bridgewater Commons Mall. This location houses key corporate functions, including HR, legal, finance, IT, and supply chain, and a significant presence of our business unit leadership and marketing teams. Our manufacturing and distribution facility in Bartlett, TN spans an impressive 1.5 million square feet - equivalent to 26 football fields - and is located on Brother Boulevard. In addition to the distribution center operations team, this facility hosts several other departments, including our customer service group. Brother also has employees based in other locations, such as Westminster, CO, where many of our marketing and product engineering team members from the mobile solutions division operate, as well as our distribution centers in Richmond, VA and Perris, CA. Additionally, our outside sales teams work remotely within their territories, staying geographically close to the accounts they support to ensure they are always “at your side” for our customers.
Compensation
