O Analista de Atendimento ao Cliente em Logística Marítima desempenha um papel fundamental no suporte aos clientes, fornecendo informações precisas, atendendo às solicitações e resolvendo preocupações.

How you create impact

Promover engajamento, satisfação, retenção e reativação em estreita cooperação com a equipe de Vendas de Campo e o Centro de Atendimento Operacional (OCC), para estabelecer e fortalecer relações operacionais com os clientes;

Registrar todas as interações no sistema CRM (CoreLog);

Assegurar cumprimento de todas as metas financeiras e objetivos estratégicos;

Garantir precificação rápida, gerenciar cotações pontuais de ponta a ponta e registrar todos os descontos no SeaQuote;

Assegurar proficiência nas aplicações KN e ferramentas eTouch através de treinamentos, capacitando o CCL a oferecer essas ferramentas de forma eficaz aos clientes;

Completar o Perfil do Cliente (CP), Perfil de Negócios e Procedimento Operacional Padrão (SOP) após a reunião inicial com o cliente;

Monitorar exceções por meio do painel CCL e identificar oportunidades de melhoria de processos.

What we would like you to bring

Ensino superior completo em Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais ou similares;

Experiência com atendimento ao cliente;

Conhecimento em coordenação de embarque maritimo;

Inglês intermediário.
