About The Team

You’ll be joining the Joybuy team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your Key Responsabilities

You create sales and demand forecasts for the Food & Beverage assortment

You collaborate closely with Purchasing, Logistics, and Category Management teams to align forecasts, inventory, and capacity planning

You maintain and optimize forecast models and perform scenario analyses to support business decisions

You monitor forecast accuracy (MAPE, Bias) and implement continuous improvement measures

You coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches to ensure accurate demand planning

You create reports and dashboards for management and key stakeholders

You analyse demand trends, seasonality, and performance data to identify risks and opportunities

You contribute to improving planning processes, forecasting tools, and operational efficiency

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Forecasting, ideally in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail environments

Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving

Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI or analytics tools is a strong plus

Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Strong communication and presentation skills

Fluent in German and English
