Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate technical and managerial interview schedules with hiring managers.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.

Conduct reference and background verification as required.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare hiring reports.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Stay updated with market trends, hiring strategies, and recruitment best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Experience hiring for IT, Non-IT, Sales, or Corporate roles is preferred.

Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
