Job Description

We are looking for a creative and user-focused Product Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and functional digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design, product thinking, and interaction design, with the ability to collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using modern design tools.

Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.

Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across products.

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.

Iterate on designs based on user feedback, product insights, and business requirements.

Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with usability best practices.

Work closely with development teams during implementation to maintain design quality and consistency.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in product design and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related role.

Proficiency in Figma (mandatory); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.

Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished user interfaces.

Knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

A strong portfolio showcasing product design projects, design process, and problem-solving approach.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies.

Passion for creating simple, elegant, and user-friendly digital products.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
