Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and responsible Frontend Baahubali who can build scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly web applications using Angular and Next.js. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and leadership while delivering modern frontend solutions and guiding the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using Angular and Next.js.

Build dynamic, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces.

Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG).

Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.

Optimize applications for speed, performance, security, and SEO.

Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

Collaborate with designers, backend developers, managers, and stakeholders.

Lead frontend development efforts and support team members with technical guidance.

Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain high development standards.

Ownership & Accountability Responsibilities

Be accountable and responsible for every piece of work undertaken.

Ensure every completed task is properly tracked, documented, and measurable.

Be prepared to explain, justify, and provide status updates on all assigned work whenever required.

Take end-to-end ownership of requirements, development, delivery, and issue resolution.

Coordinate with managers and team members to ensure timely delivery.

Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure accountability within the team.

Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive resolutions.

Ensure team deliverables are aligned with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Angular (2+) and Next.js.

Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with NgRx, Redux, or similar state management tools.

Knowledge of SSR, SSG, and frontend performance optimization.

Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.

Good understanding of public-facing website architecture and SEO.

Experience with Git and modern development practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Proven ability to lead a frontend team and mentor developers.
