Make an Impact

Oversee the Managing Agent to ensure smooth day-to-day facilities and property management operations across Singtel premises.

Monitor service delivery, maintenance works, and contractor performance to meet operational and service level standards.

Conduct site inspections and ensure building, M&E systems, and facilities are maintained in a safe and operational condition.

Review and manage maintenance schedules, repair works, statutory compliance, permits, and renewal of licenses and service contracts.

Coordinate tendering, procurement, contract administration, and budget tracking in accordance with company policies.

Verify work completion, service orders, invoices, and expenditure to ensure timely payment and financial compliance.

Support operational planning, capital projects, and maintenance programmes, including CMMS administration.

Manage tenant fit-out and renovation approvals, tenancy handovers, and ensure compliance with lease requirements.

Oversee fire safety programmes, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Respond to operational incidents, escalate critical issues, and coordinate timely resolution with contractors and internal teams.

Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, tenants, and service providers to ensure high service standards.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager/Manager (Facilities).

Skills for Success:

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

1–2 years of experience in building, facilities, or property maintenance management.

Knowledge of workplace safety (WSH); Fire Safety Management certification is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Positive team player with strong ownership and a proactive, growth mindset.

Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
