Global Social Media & Digital Communication Internship | Starting date: September 2026 | 6 months | Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Global Communication Team. As a Social Media and Digital Communication Intern, you will contribute to improving Amplifon's digital awareness and reputation through the main social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X), creating engaging content, and fostering community interaction.

You'll be in charge of:

Develop and implement Amplifon's multichannel social media strategy globally and locally

Create and manage published content (images, video, copy) across all social media platforms

Contribute to defining the most relevant social media KPIs (followership increase, global and local engagement, targeted adv campaigns)

Monitor and oversee social media content, tracking their performances

Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies

Collaborate with other Amplifon's teams to increase reach and strengthen the corporate narrative

You are the right person if you:

Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar field

Passionate in Communications and Social Media

Excellent written communication skills

Fluent in Italian and English

Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), X, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media best practices

Understanding of social media KPIs, SEO, and web traffic metrics

Familiarity with web design and publishing

Ability to formulate solutions quickly and efficiently

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Besides the challenging and interesting opportunity, we offer:

6 months internship in our Global Headquarters located in Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133.

1000€ as monthly gross reimbursement.

Free access to the company canteen.

Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you'll be working with!).
