YOUR TASKS

You are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay

You are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-out

You are the first point of contact for our guests and all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians

You respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activities

You take care of operational and administrative tasks like invoicing, answering to e-mails and online requests, up-selling, responding to online reviews and much more

You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one

You’re flexible and understand that we are rotation shifts (Morning, Evening and Night shifts)

Last but not least; you’re a great colleague, not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and then

YOUR PROFILE

You possess initial experience and are passionate about hospitality

You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks

You are a people person, you like helping others and creating unforgettable experience for our guests

You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together

You have good knowledge of a front office system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)

You are fluent in English (B2) and Italian
