We need an exceptional and passionate Bar Crew member to join our Food & Beverage team. As Generator Bar Staff, you are responsible for ensuring that the bar is run smoothly and that there is a relentless desire to “wow” our customers at every opportunity, ensuring that customers’ needs are exceeded. ABOUT GENERATOR ROME

Just a short walk from the colosseum and Roma Termini station, Generator’s most recent opening is perfectly situated in Italy’s capital. The interior is a tapestry of Roman heritage with 75 intricately styled rooms.

Set over seven floors, Generator Rome includes a bar and chill-out lounge. We look forward to sharing all of it with you!

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

Ensure that the needs of the customers have been met and exceeded at each interaction

At every opportunity, create a positive impression on the customer thus ensuring that they will remember their experience at Generator

Ensure the bar is always clean, tidy and ready for business

Ensure the bar is always fully stocked i.e. glasses, ice, garnishes, cocktail mixtures and is ready to trade in

Ensure that there is enough produce and goods available to the customer at all times

During busy periods of trade, ensure the bar is maintained to a clean Generator standard, ensuring all tables, floors and equipment are clean at all times

Monitor the quality of service and the quality of the drinks and cocktails and ensure standards are high, taking action where required including speaking with the Bar Supervisor or F&B Manager

To ensure that the procedure for cash reconciliation is carried out correctly and the float always balances in accordance with the cash handling procedures

YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE

Experience working within the hospitality/service industry
