District Development Executive - Inner South Melbourne

The Opportunity
As a District Development Executive, you’ll support the District Sales Manager to drive growth across your territory. You’ll manage the contract re-sign pipeline, deliver net outlet growth, and build a strong new business pipeline through to conversion, while providing territory support and enabling the team to execute effectively.
Working closely with your team and key stakeholders across Equipment Services and Distribution, you’ll help ensure we deliver on our customer commitments.
With a strong growth mindset and customer focus, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting the team to achieve sales targets through strong relationships and effective execution of joint business plans.
This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, covering St Kilda and Albert Park, South and port Melbourne and Melbourne CBD.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise the contract re-sign pipeline, supporting negotiations and conversions
Drive new business growth, from lead generation through to conversion and net outlet expansion
Coordinate and allocate leads, reactivations, and opportunities across the team
Provide territory support during leave or vacancies, ensuring continuity of service and customer satisfaction
Build strong customer relationships and deliver profitable growth opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to execute customer and channel strategies
Monitor performance and contribute to achieving sales and EBIT targets
