Business Controller Cereals (m/f/d)

As Business Controller Cereals at KWS Lochow GmbH, you will support the BU Controller in acting as a trusted business partner to management. You will help translate strategy into operational actions, provide financial insights for decision-making, and contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes across the organization. This is a permanent position which is available full-time. The place of work is at one of the main location of the Business Unit in Bergen-Wohlde.

What you can look forward to:

Support strategic planning, forecasting, and business performance management

Deliver high-quality financial analyses and management reporting

Act as a key interface between the Business Unit and Finance & Controlling functions

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes as well as external reporting

Monitor business risks and opportunities and contribute to risk management activities

Assist with business cases, investment evaluations, and M&A-related projects

Contribute to the harmonization and optimization of controlling and finance processes across the Group

Participate in cross-functional and strategic projects within the Business Unit

Bring your strengths:

University degree or vocational training in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field

First professional experience in controlling, ideally in an international environment

Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial closing processes

Good understanding of financial controlling and business processes

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is desirable

Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured working style

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment

Fluent English and German language skills
