As a Kitchen Porter, you will be a crucial member of our kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation. Your role will involve supporting the chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. This position offers a fantastic chance to work in a high-energy setting and develop your skills in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and utensils.

Assist with basic food preparation as required by the chefs.

Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly.

Help manage deliveries and storage of food supplies.

Support the team in adhering to health and safety standards.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.

What you Need:

Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen.

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

Strong communication abilities and a collaborative attitude.

A passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
