Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior training leaders to develop and refine curriculum content tailored to diverse learner needs using instructional design best practices such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).
Assist in creating engaging e-learning modules and classroom training sessions utilizing learning technology tools like Adobe Captivate, LMS (Learning Management System), SharePoint, and Workday.
Support employee orientation programs and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
Contribute to talent management strategies by designing succession planning initiatives, performance management frameworks, and employee evaluation systems.
Conduct research and data collection to assess training effectiveness, identify skill gaps, and recommend improvements aligned with organizational goals.
Facilitate training delivery in various formats including classroom sessions, virtual webinars, and public speaking engagements while maintaining high levels of engagement.
Assist in managing program design projects related to HR sourcing, change management, HRIS (Human Resources Information System), and human capital management initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, adult education, and training delivery within a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of learning technology platforms such as Adobe Captivate, LMS systems (like Salesforce or SharePoint), and HRIS tools (Workday or similar).
Familiarity with program management principles including succession planning, performance management, and employee relations strategies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly through public speaking and technical writing.
Demonstrated ability to conduct research, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable training solutions.
Experience in classroom instruction or virtual training sessions with a focus on engaging adult learners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,106.81 - $59,139.39 per year
