Responsibilities

Support the store manager in supervising daily sales operations, including sales, and customer service.

Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective training and development.

Manage employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and onboarding processes to build a strong team.

Oversee pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize sales opportunities.

Supervise shift management, scheduling, and customer service standards to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Implement marketing initiatives and manage wireless sales or other product categories as needed.

Run the club on the weekend when General Manager is out of the club.

Experience

Proven assistant manager experience within the retail industry with a focus on sales team management.

Strong background in retail math, pricing strategies, inventory management, and store operations.

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments.

Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.

Skilled in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, training & development, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures

Experience in fitness sales preferred but not required.

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a busy retail environment.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
