Integration’s São Paulo Office is seeking candidates to be part of our multi-functional and international teams of hands-on specialists. Our consultants work side by side with our clients to create customized solutions that match their business needs for change across all levels of the organization – always integrating our expertise with the client’s reality.

We currently invite professionals with a university degree who are interested in strategy & management consulting to apply for the role of business analyst in our supply chain Practice – one of our three areas of expertise:

Marketing & Sales: brand management, category management, commercial due diligence, consumer segmentation, go-to-market strategy, innovation strategy, market scan & entry, perfect store & omnichannel strategy, portfolio management, pricing strategy, sales governance, strategic planning, trade marketing, PRM

Supply Chain: customer satisfaction & competitiveness, planning & supply chain integration, operational efficiency, procurement transformation, retail supply chain, supply chain strategy

Finance & Management: applied strategy, mergers & acquisitions, organization & processes, efficiency

The primary responsibilities of our supply chain analyst include:

learn how to approach problems across a variety of industries, project types and geographies

participate actively on project deliveries to ensure quality and on-time delivery

participating and representing Integration in events and in associations

shape Integration’s future through internal initiatives

Our culture is to “learn in the real world.” In addition to the consulting skills program, training happens inside every project. To ensure a good cultural fit, we seek professionals with the following skills and experience:

bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, economics or related filed – an MBA is a plus

1-2 years’ experience in management consulting or similar field

advanced or fluent in English

willingness to travel

analytical and problem-solving skills

capacity to assume and delegate responsibilities in project context

drive for improving and refining methodologies and internal processes

team player and ability to help other professionals develop

flexible in adapting to rapidly changing environments

entrepreneurial spirit

strong sense of service and client orientation

proficient in MS Office tools
