Responsibilities:

The Opportunity

The role is responsible for driving value creation within Procurement by identifying financial and efficiency opportunities across the end-to-end value chain, including commodities, packaging, logistics, and indirect categories (Holistic cost management). This includes supporting data-driven decision-making through business cases and predictive analysis, while continuously improving processes by redesigning workflows, implementing best practices, and ensuring standardization and scalability digitalization. A strong focus is placed on enhancing performance through analytics, cost optimization, and holistic cost management.

In parallel, the position leads digital transformation initiatives by developing automation solutions, integrating systems, and leveraging advanced tools such as Python, AI, and RPA to increase productivity and reduce operational work. It also involves building and governing Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and performance, promoting a data-driven culture, and advancing digital maturity. The role collaborates cross-functionally, drives innovation through new technologies, ensures data quality and compliance, and enables teams through upskilling and adoption of digital tools and intelligent assistants.

Your Impact

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and identify financial opportunities (Holistic Cost Management) across the Procurement value chain (commodities, packaging, logistics, and indirect areas)

Identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities

Support the development of business cases and predictive analyses to drive decision-making

Process Management & Optimization

Review, redesign, and optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency, agility, and governance

Implement best practices in digital procurement and analytics

Ensure process standardization and scalability

Automation & Digitalization

Develop and implement automation solutions for operational tasks

Build solutions using Python, AI, and RPA to increase productivity

Integrate multiple systems and data sources to reduce operational work

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

Develop Power BI dashboards to track projects, KPIs, and area performance

Design data models ensuring data consistency and governance

Drive integration and alignment of dashboards across multiple functions

Digital Transformation & Innovation

Act as a digital transformation enabler within Procurement

Identify and implement solutions leveraging AI, machine learning, and automation tools

Promote the use of digital assistants to enhance team productivity

Additional Strategic Activities

Develop and track digital maturity KPIs for Procurement

Develop and manage the Procurement digitalization roadmap

Lead digital governance and data quality initiatives

Train and upskill teams on digital tools and data-driven culture

Strengthen integration with Finance, S&T, Supply Chain, and Planning teams

Evaluate and implement new digital procurement tools and technologies

Ensure compliance and traceability across digital processes

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

Technical Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge of SAP (procurement processes, contracts, purchase orders, and master data)

Intermediate English

Intermediate Spanish

Advanced Power BI

Advanced Python

Knowledge of Copilot and Generative AI tools
