SENIOR ACCOUNTANT IN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

TALLY ERP USAGE IS MUST

Senior Accountant with extensive experience in construction and infrastructure accounting, project cost tracking, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. Skilled in managing ledger accounts, accounts payable and receivable, contractor billing, vendor reconciliations, GST/TDS filing, and month-end/year-end closing. Adept at working with Tally/ERP systems, preparing MIS reports, and coordinating with project teams, auditors, bankers, and management to ensure accurate financial control.

Core Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and general ledger accuracy.

Handle project-wise accounting.

Manage contractor billing and account reconciliations.

Prepare and review GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

Coordinate with site teams for bill verification, approvals, and documentation.

Assist in cash flow management, fund planning, and bank coordination.

Prepare financial statements, schedules, and management reports.

Key Skills

Construction accounting and project costing.

GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Finalization of accounts and ledger reconciliation.

Tally ERP software.

MS Excel and financial reporting.

Vendor Billing & Ledger management.

MIS preparation and cash flow monitoring.

Coordination with auditors, bankers.

Candidates with a B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or CA Inter background, along with 10+ years of experience in construction or real estate accounting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
