The Role
Join Hays as a Senior Recruitment Consultant leading a specialist General Practice
Surveying (GPS) desk. You will recruit professionals across commercial, residential,
and mixed-use property, covering valuation, agency, lease advisory, asset management,
and consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a high-performing GPS desk
Source and place candidates from Graduate to Director/Partner level
Develop relationships with consultancies, lenders, developers, and public
sector clients
Deliver high-quality shortlists and market insight
Drive revenue growth and repeat business

Proven track record of billing in a 360 Recruitment role
Strong business development skills
