About the position

The role of Senior Recruitment Officer (Undergraduate) contributes to the implementation of agreed acquisition and conversion strategies by planning, coordinating and delivering recruitment initiatives across schools, events, outreach activities and stakeholder engagement. The Senior Recruitment Officer applies professional judgement to manage competing operational priorities, resolve issues arising in recruitment delivery, and provide informed recommendations to support effective recruitment outcomes.

Working as part of the Domestic Student Recruitment team, the role builds and maintains productive operational relationships with secondary schools, career practitioners, pathway providers and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, high‑quality representation of the University and a positive experience for prospective students.

The successful applicant must hold a current Victorian driver’s license.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have:

A Degree with subsequent relevant experience preferably in marketing, business or communications to consolidate the theories and principles learned, or extensive experience, leading to either the development of specialist expertise or to the development of broad knowledge in marketing and sales, or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience.

Recent experience in course/career-related information provision, preferably to senior secondary students.

Knowledge of current senior secondary and tertiary entrance requirements and procedures.

Experience of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
