Business Development Officer

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Business Development Officer to our presence across Maidstone and surrounding areas by building strong referral pipelines and strategic partnerships.

About the Role

This is a growth focused, externally facing role where your primary objective is to generate new business opportunities and increase client referrals.

You will own the local networking strategy, build high-value relationships, and position Dovida as a trusted provider within the healthcare and community sectors.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to develop sustainable referral pipelines, convert opportunities, and drive consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and convert new referral and business opportunities across the local market

Build and maintain high-performing referral networks within healthcare, aged care, and community organisations

Proactively engage decision makers through outreach, meetings, and presentations

Execute a local business development and networking strategy aligned to growth targets

Represent Dovida at industry and community events to generate leads and increase brand visibility

Manage and track pipeline activity using CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting

About You

Proven success in business development, sales, or growth-focused roles

Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and convert opportunities

Confident communicator, comfortable influencing and presenting to stakeholders

Experience in aged care, health, or community services (advantageous)

Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and performance
