Salary relative to experience ranging from $84,659 to $92,701 + superannuation & annual leave loading

Governance and Legal Operations is looking for a proactive, customer-focused and adaptable Administration Officer to provide high-quality support across a busy Division.

About the Role

This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll be at the centre of day-to-day operations, supporting a wide range of administrative activities and responding to changing priorities.

In this role you will:

Provide administrative support across finance, HR processes, purchasing, vendor management and travel

Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail

Support small projects and contribute to improving processes and ways of working

Maintain records and ensure effective document and information management

Assist with Divisional activities, including supporting the delivery of all-staff events

Help keep operations running smoothly by stepping in and supporting where needed
