About the role

OVERVIEW

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the candidate experience and ensuring a seamless transition from the offer stage to the first day of work. This position is part of the Post-Offer team, where the coordinator will manage requisition assignments, generate offer letters, and oversee background screening processes, all aimed at minimizing delays and fostering a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, enabling them to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will thrive in a collaborative setting while also being comfortable working independently, utilizing tools such as Workday to support the execution of program deliverables and enhance the overall recruitment process.

Location: Remote

Contract Length: 6 months

Hours: 9am-5pm EST preferred, with flexibility for other time zones

Pay: T4 $27.5h / IC: $31.5

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support requisition assignments, offer letter generation, and monitor background screening clearance.

Manage communications with internal and external partners to facilitate the execution of program deliverables, including the offer letter process and candidate or hiring manager follow-ups.

Ensure all requisitions are assigned in Workday within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

Manage the candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the post-offer process in Workday.

Execute the end-to-end process of the offer letter, ensuring all required reviews are completed and information is accurately captured.

Investigate, resolve, and follow up on any Workday issues or errors related to the offer letter or pre-employment screening process.

Support the team with special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Typically, 1-3 years of relevant experience; less experience may be acceptable if the candidate holds a relevant postsecondary degree.

Intermediate computer skills with Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 tools.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, escalating issues when necessary.

In-depth verbal and written communication skills.

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.

Influencing skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Experience with Workday is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel and Outlook.

PREFERRED

Previous experience and demonstrated results in recruiting or sourcing.

Relevant postsecondary education.

Experience in the financial industry.
