Talent Acquisition Intern | Frankfurt (Germany) | Temporary, 12 Months (Part-Time, 20 Hours/Week)

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Area HR Talent Acquisition team by performing essential administrative tasks related to recruiting and hiring processes. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on coordination, documentation, and communication. The intern will work closely with HR professionals to ensure smooth and efficient talent acquisition workflows.

Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics between candidates and hiring managers.

Support the administration of pre-hire assessments and preboarding activities.

Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Help prepare job postings and update candidate status in the system.

Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and follow-up steps.

Support the creation of recruitment reports and surveys.

Help manage documentation and vendor communications as needed.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.

Actively participate in job fairs, university events, and industry conferences to promote the employer brand, build talent pipelines, and strengthen relationships with external partners.

On-site presence at the Frankfurt Area Office is expected.

Currently pursuing or recently finished (no more than 1 year ago) a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. · Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English .

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Interest in learning about HR talent acquisition.
