About the role

We Are

Synopsys is the leader in engineering solutions from silicon to systems, enabling customers to rapidly innovate AI-powered products. We deliver industry-leading silicon design, IP, simulation and analysis solutions, and design services. We partner closely with our customers across a wide range of industries to maximize their R&D capability and productivity, powering innovation today that ignites the ingenuity of tomorrow.

You Are

You are located in Paris, Milan or Sheffield and have spent years learning that the real work in channel marketing is not just building programs, it is building relationships that make your partners want to actually run those programs. You know the difference between a quarterly business review that checks a box and one that leaves a partner's marketing lead saying "let's do this next week." You think in outcomes, not activities. Pipeline matters more than co-branded PDFs.

You are comfortable sitting with a channel sales manager talking through a partner's targets and walking out with a three-month plan that includes demand gen tactics, and budget allocation that both sides will actually execute. You do not wait for perfect alignment, you create it. When a partner's marketing exec says they need "more support," you ask three questions and figure out whether they need content, budget, or air cover with their own leadership.

You have worked long enough in B2B tech to know that channel partners are not extensions of your team, they are businesses with their own priorities. Respect for that reality is what makes your programs work. At Synopsys, you will own channel marketing across Germany, Eastern Europe, and Benelux, working with partners who move real revenue and a team that takes this work seriously.

What You'll Be Doing

You will build and execute quarterly marketing plans with key channel partners across Germany, Eastern Europe, and Benelux, owning full budget accountability and program outcomes

You will develop relationships with marketing executives at partner organizations, becoming the trusted advisor they call when they need to move pipeline or align on a joint campaign

You will work directly with Synopsys channel sales teams and partner business development leads to identify regional opportunities and translate them into targeted marketing programs

You will design and launch demand generation campaigns with partners, including webinars, events, digital tactics, and account-based plays that drive measurable pipeline growth

You will define success metrics for every program, track performance, analyze what worked and what did not, and report findings back to EMEA leadership and partner stakeholders

You will collaborate with the EMEA Head of Channel Marketing to refine program strategy, share what you are learning in the field, and help shape how Synopsys shows up through the channel

You will manage program budgets, timelines, and partner expectations across multiple concurrent initiatives without dropping threads or losing momentum

The Impact You Will Have

You will drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth through channel partners in one of Synopsys' most strategically important regions

You will elevate the quality and consistency of how Synopsys goes to market through partners, making it easier for them to sell and for customers to buy

You will build long-term partner relationships that turn transactional co-marketing into strategic collaboration and mutual investment

You will create a feedback loop between what is happening in the field and what EMEA channel strategy should prioritize next

You will help partners see marketing as a revenue driver, not a cost center, by proving ROI on every major program you run together

You will strengthen Synopsys' position as a partner of choice in the region by showing up with programs that actually help partners win

You will shape how Synopsys measures and optimizes channel marketing effectiveness across the broader EMEA theatre

What You'll Need

You have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

You have 5+ years of channel marketing experience, either in-house or agency-side, with direct responsibility for partner program development and execution

You have proven experience working with channel partners in a B2B technology environment, you understand partner economics and what motivates them

You have fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, you will be running meetings and writing plans in both languages daily

You have strong analytical skills with the ability to define success metrics, pull the right data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations

You have experience managing marketing budgets and being held accountable for how dollars translate into pipeline and revenue outcomes

If you have a MBA this is a plus, as is prior experience in software or high-tech B2B channel marketing

Who You Are

You can walk into a partner QBR with three slides and a point of view, and leave with alignment on what happens next and who owns what

When a program underperforms, you dig into the data, figure out why, and adjust the next one instead of defending the original plan

You are organized enough to manage five partner relationships, ten active campaigns, and three budget cycles without losing track of what matters most

You do not need to be the loudest voice in the room, but you do need to be the clearest, especially when a partner or internal stakeholder is talking in circles

You are comfortable with up to 25% travel across Germany, Eastern Europe, and Benelux to meet partners face-to-face and build the kind of trust that makes remote collaboration actually work

You bring a self-starter mentality, you see a gap or an opportunity and you move on it without waiting for someone to tell you it is your job

The Team You'll Be Part Of

You will report to the EMEA Head of Channel Marketing and work closely with regional channel sales teams across Germany, Eastern Europe, and Benelux. This is a role that sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and sales execution, and you will collaborate daily with both internal stakeholders and external partner marketing leads. The position can be located in Paris, Milan or Sheffield. Your recruiter will share more about team structure, reporting lines, and how this role fits into the broader EMEA go-to-market organization during the interview process.

Rewards and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs. Our total rewards include both monetary and non-monetary offerings. Your recruiter will provide more details about the salary range and benefits during the hiring process.
